Halloween Stamp-It Blog hop
Welcome to team Stamp-It’s blog hop featuring Halloween. 
This card using the Candy Cane background die and a rectangle from the Deckled Rectangles die was so easy to make. I was able to cut both the background and rectangle at the same time with the Stampin’ Up! Cut n’ emboss machine.
- Stamped the feet in the lower portion of the deckled rectangle
- Stamped the witch’s hat on separate piece of basic white and using punch to punch the hat out
- Colored hat, socks and buckleAdhered the black background with liquid Tombow
- Popped up the rectangle with a couple of dimensionals
- Placed bow
