Welcome to this month’s Fall themed blog hop with Team Stamp It. Last month I participated in a challenge to use the following colors;
I took a piece of Fluid Watercolor paper measuring 5-1/2” x 4-1/4”. I dropped two drops of each re-inker into a paint pallet dish from the Dollar Store and pick up the color with my (retired) Watercolor Brushes. Let that dry and cut with a Postage Perennial Die. Here’s the card that I originally made with additional layers to use.
I thought they were good fall colors to continue to build on. I like seeing a hue of purple when working on the fall projects. I ditched the Pebbled Path card base and replaced it with Blackberry Bliss. I then used the light Blackberry Bliss to color the Very Vanilla in my ribbon.
I then took my Versamark reinker and placed a couple of drops on my glass mat. Using an old/cheap thin bristle paint brush, I picked up some of the Versamark and drew think lines on my water colored paper and then sprinkled with the Gold Embossing Powder. It adds subtle touches of ‘sun kissed’ lines of elegance.
I hope you enjoyed my card. Don’t forget to enter for your chance to win the SOLD OUT Haunted Home Kit by leaving a comment.
Congratulations to last months winner
